Immersion testing solid shafts

This testing system enables manufacturers to test individual wheel-set shafts with different geometries during production.

A cylinder positions the solid shafts on the driven rollers before they are placed in the immersion bath. The shaft is rotated and then tested using the combined probes.

The test track produced on the shaft is helix-shaped. The software then calculates the test results on the basis of this movement.
